I had watched Curtis Stone many years ago in the show ‘Take Home Chef’   and was amazed how smoothly he could invite himself into strangers  kitchens and teach them how to cook !  Meeting this handsome chef today I know it was a piece of cake for him 😉

 Curtis Stone, the Australian chef, British trained,  host  of  America’s Top Chef   was  here in Austin today demonstrating his products and signing his book ‘Relaxed cooking with Curtis Stone’. Living up to his charming image he hosted a great afternoon demo keeping the audience entertained and laughing. 

Besides listed  as one of the sexiest men alive in People magazine in 2006 alongside George Clooney and Brad Pitt, he is an author, presenter of cooking/lifestyle program ‘Surfing the Menu’;  ‘Take Home Chef’; and now the host of Top Chef Masters.

Today in the demo he made a starter, an entrée with ‘Boca chicken & spinach’ and ‘Banana Foster’ for dessert while marketing the products he designed, the different shaped mortar and pestle, the mixing bowl with handle etc.
