Fifth Day on a diet – A Feast with Steak!

Fourth day on Diet- Going Bananas! Just literaly not figuratively 😉

Day 5
It’s an amazing diet. It was a true feast day as they call the diet on fifth day! I had steak today and don’t feel like I am on a diet!

In the morning the scale still showed 5 lbs off. No change in that yet. But the food is getting interesting.


For breakfast I ate some roast beef with tomatoes.

Today I made a fresh batch of the wonder soup which we ate for lunch with more tomatoes and some roast beef.

Dinner was best of course Steak and  roasted tomatoes made at home by my spouse. What more can one want in a diet 😉

Snack: Salsa.

I have been making sure I have some sort of exercise every day. Today had a moderate work out climbing Mt Bonnell with lots of friends.  Yesterday since we labored in our backyard and garage, we compensated for actual work out. But it’s important to do physical exercise while one does any form of diet, to work in tandem for weight loss or good health.
