Nimbu Pani- Lime Juice
A refreshing lime juice similar to lemonade perfect for hot summer weather. A great coolant, thirst quencher and digestive too.

Ingredients
  • 1 c juice extracted from 4-5 limes/lemons
  • 3 c water enough to dilute the juice concentrate
  • 8 t sugar to taste
  • 1 pn salt
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 sli ginger slivered (optional)
Instructions
  1. Squeeze lemons or limes to make at least one cup of freshly squeezed concentrate juice from 4 to 5 lemons/ limes or more.
  2. In a pitcher mix this concentrate with water to dilute it to make it a drinkable juice.
  3. Add sugar to sweeten the taste, and a pinch of kosher salt.
  4. Add some thin slivers of ginger (optional for digestive purposes),
  5. and lastly Mint leaves for garnishing.
  6. Add ice cubes just before serving.
Notes
Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C. Its a good digestive juice and thirst quencer in summer.
