Nimbu Pani- Lime Juice
A refreshing lime juice similar to lemonade perfect for hot summer weather. A great coolant, thirst quencher and digestive too.

Ingredients
- 1 c juice extracted from 4-5 limes/lemons
- 3 c water enough to dilute the juice concentrate
- 8 t sugar to taste
- 1 pn salt
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 sli ginger slivered (optional)
Instructions
- Squeeze lemons or limes to make at least one cup of freshly squeezed concentrate juice from 4 to 5 lemons/ limes or more.
- In a pitcher mix this concentrate with water to dilute it to make it a drinkable juice.
- Add sugar to sweeten the taste, and a pinch of kosher salt.
- Add some thin slivers of ginger (optional for digestive purposes),
- and lastly Mint leaves for garnishing.
- Add ice cubes just before serving.
Notes
Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C. Its a good digestive juice and thirst quencer in summer.
