Mango Salsa
Salsa is mix or medley of fresh ingredients, either fruit or vegetables in raw form making a refreshing and delicious fusion. And what fruit is more delicious than a mango! Mangos are sweet and luscious fruits indigenous to India, but also grown in tropical and warmer climates. Mango salsa is a yummy delight and makes a great side or filling.

Ingredients
  • 3 mango- ripe,peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 T green onion (chopped)
  • 1⁄2 red onion (chopped)
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T honey
  • 1⁄2 t salt
  • ds pepper
  • 1 bell peppers red/orange
  • 1 green bell peppers
  • 2 T celery
  • 2 T cilantro chopped
  • 1 T orange juice
  • ds lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Peel and pit the almost ripe mango and chop the fruit. Chop the red onion, green onion, red and green bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro and bring together in a bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil and honey to unify this fusion. Honey is optional and can be skipped if the mango is ripe and sweet. Add salt and freshly crushed pepper and serve. It’s an exotic salsa to see and taste. It is a perfect side with baked fish and works as a scrumptious filling and a colorful addition to your salad!
