Second Day on Diet:- Good News
Third day on a Diet- a comfortable day.
Fourth day on Diet- Going Bananas! Just literaly not figuratively 😉
Fifth Day on a Diet- A Feast with Steak!
Sixt Day on Diet – Protein Day;)
Day 7- Last day
Scales still show 5 pounds less.
Today is vegetable, Brown rice and fruit juices day.
Breakfast: watermelon with watermelon juice.
Lunch: Brown rice with Wonder soup, Sauted Spinach with garlic and onions
Dinner: Brown rice, Wonder soup, Spinach with garlic and onions, green pepper.
Snacks: cucumbers, pineapples
Sculpt Walking class as exercise for the day.
Day 8- Diet Done.
Lost 5 lbs in one week. Expected more, but something off is better than nothing 😉
I don’t know if I followed the diet authentically, since I felt I may have made a few deviations in my food choices on certain days, but the food I chose was also intended to suit my food preferences and taste buds;)
The diet was not difficult, but interestingly enjoyable! We had great feast days, created new healthy versions of food and enjoyed a variety of food in a short span while shedding some pounds off. What more can one ask for!
